The Superintendent II - General Contractor - Charleston will be responsible for:

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure subcontractor quality control.
• Coordinate field efforts between trades for timely and profitable project completion, following contract documents and safety regulations.
• Communicate essential project updates to management.
• Attend weekly meetings with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
• Monitor and enforce site safety protocols.
• Track manpower and prepare daily reports.
• Assist with quality control and document management.
• Help create look-ahead schedules and monitor site deliveries.
• Verify compliance of materials, equipment, and installations with approved submittals and contracts.

Profile

The Superintendent II - General Contractor - Charleston should have the following experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience with large-scale, ground-up healthcare construction projects.
• Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and cost management principles.
• Basic knowledge of project management software.
• Mature professional with sound judgment.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven individual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with a keen eye for detail.
