Maxar is seeking a Configuration Manager/Technical Analyst to support the research & development, test and evaluation, fielding, documentation development, configuration management, software engineering and integration, training, fielding and sustainment, cybersecurity, and program management of United States Marine Corps Signals Intelligence programs. Responsibilities: Leverage modern configuration, application, and life cycle management tools and processes to maintain version control for hardware, software and documentation.
Maintain ownership of the project's Configuration Management Plan, facilitate Configuration Control Boards, and support the establishment of the Configuration Management Library.
Provide support for planning and producing a process for reporting and recording changes to installed baseline equipment.
Coordinate the interaction between engineering, integration team, logistics, and program management to ensure appropriate changes are documented. Minimum Qualifications: US citizenship and an active/current Secret clearance.
Bachelors of Science degree.
3+ years of experience in configuration management or logistics.
Experience with performing functions, including Life Cycle Management and Planning, Configuration Identification, Configuration Control, Configuration Verification and Audit, or Data Management.
Knowledge of the software release process.
Knowledge of Configuration Management technology operating systems, including Windows, Sybase, or Oracle based products.
Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO). Preferred: Active/current TS/SCI clearance.
5+ years of experience as a configuration manager supporting IT programs. In support of pay transparency at Maxar, we disclose salary ranges on all of our U.S. job postings. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is: $64,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually.
