Currently, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Bilingual Therapist fluent in (both Spanish and English Master's degree, or enrolled in a Master's degree program) to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing clinical services that directly impact family dynamics, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Our Bilingual Therapist play a crucial part in promoting the safety and well-being of children and families by delivering personalized clinical care within their natural environments.

Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain therapeutic relationship with all family members
Provide therapeutic services to families in accordance with evidenced-based models
Conduct weekly in home sessions with the family, primarily in the family home
Participate in implementation activities including training, supervision
Collaborate with Stakeholders on family's needs and services being provided
Assess risk and safety of children and develop safety plans as needed
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and goal attainment
Qualifications:
Required Master's degree, or enrolled in a Master's degree program, in social work, counseling or a related area
Experience working with families in a community based setting
Valid driver's license, vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the state
Knowledge of child welfare
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
