The Production Supervisor will be responsible for oversee the entire production floor and maintain a consistent time-line through product and project development.

Description

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Oversee the production team
• Implement a new and efficient production schedule
• Develop individual team members and track their performance in alignment with HR policies and procedures
• Recognize and relay equipment and material requirements to management, engineering, and maintenance teams as necessary to resolve issues and address limitations.

Profile

The successful Production Supervisor will have what follows:

• Proven ability to lead operations across multiple shifts in an industrial environment
• Minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong conflict resolution skills to promote effective employee-supervisor relationships
• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams) required
