This position will oversee the firm's financial operations, including HR, cash management, banking relationships, and tax coordination, while leading a team responsible for contracts, change orders, payroll, and more. Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial functions including HR, cash management, banking relationships, and year-end tax coordination with external accountants.
• Lead a team managing contracts, change orders, bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and long-term goals.
• Collaborate closely with the President and senior leadership to drive business performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards while continuously seeking process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Expertise in cash management, HR oversight, and relationship management with external banking and financial partners.
• CPA or similar certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and a commitment to long-term growth within the company.
