Background


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Associate Attorney.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Handle civil litigation cases related to asbestos and toxic tort defense.
    • Focus on cases involving asbestos, lung cancer, and consumer litigation.
    • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
    • Provide expert legal advice and representation throughout the litigation process.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other involved parties.
    • Prepare for and represent clients in court, including hearings and trials.
    • Manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain case files efficiently.
