We seek licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Springfield, PA location.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment. This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, medication management, and intensive outpatient programs
If you are located in Wyomissing, PA, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in the office in this hybrid role as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field
- Independent mental health license in Pennsylvania
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Demonstrated solid computer and basic technology skills
- Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
- Ability to be self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
- Experience with children or adolescents
- Experience with couples or family counseling
- Experience with health psychology
