About the Role:
As a member of our dedicated OR Call Team, you will:
Assess patient health needs and develop personalized nursing care plans for surgical patients.
Administer care in the operating room, ensuring patient comfort and safety during a variety of procedures.
Monitor and report on patient conditions, maintaining detailed medical records and collaborating with a skilled surgical team.
Be part of a responsive, high-energy team that is vital to patient outcomes in surgical care.
What We Offer:
24-Hour Care Model - On Call Friday 11:00pm to Monday 7:00am with Guaranteed 40 hour pay. Enjoy the flexibility of covering weekend call and having each weekday unscheduled, allowing you to effectively balance your professional and personal life.

What We're Looking For:
Current RN license in Pennsylvania or a multistate RN license.
AHA BLS certification before the end of orientation.
Minimum of two (2) years of recent operating room experience, preferably in a surgical setting.
