Responsibilities:

• Perform microscopic examination of cellular samples, including Pap smears, fluid specimens, and fine needle aspirations.
• Identify abnormal cells and provide accurate diagnoses under the supervision of a pathologist.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely and accurate results.
• Maintain accurate records of specimen analysis and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or related field.
• ASCP certification or eligible for certification.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in microscopic examination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
