Location: 100% Remote

Pay rate: $54.72/Hour

Job Summary:

Responsible for the effective management of all designated projects, including associated budgets and schedules. This role will coordinate all deliverables and requirements of the cross-functional project team, ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with the contract and within agreed-upon timelines. The Wireless Project Manager will work closely with the District Manager/Program Manager and customers to communicate potential risks to budget or schedule, and proactively address any issues.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of all activities such as contracting, RF design, equipment ordering, permitting, construction, site acquisition, and close-out.

Oversee external vendors to ensure timely completion of work within budget constraints.

Develop and modify project plans and budgets, ensuring accurate documentation and close-out processes.

Lead internal and external deployment meetings with managers and team members to monitor project status and implement necessary changes.

Attend customer deployment meetings, providing comprehensive job status reports and resolving conflicts.

Maintain accurate project files and ensure timely distribution of all close-out documentation according to company and customer standards.

Maintain project tracking systems with full accuracy.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

3-5 years of wireless project management experience, or 3-5 years project management experience in another industry.

Experience managing project budgets or related financial aspects.

Customer-facing project management experience.

Skills/Abilities:

Advanced knowledge of wireless project management, asset management, tower maintenance, and property management.

Knowledge of public and private right of way project deployment, including regulatory and permitting processes.

Ability to read blueprints and understand civil construction methods and structural details.

Strong skills in identifying workflow problems and implementing solutions.

Ability to understand financial metrics and address financial issues.

Customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage and process multiple data streams.

Knowledge of construction services such as Telco, power, fiber, vendor equipment, and antennas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in wireless construction, with AT&T experience preferred.

Strong Excel skills for tracking project metrics.

Attention to detail and consistency in managing projects across multiple sites.
