  • 3-5 years of SOLID experience in transactional real estate
  • Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations
  • Providing legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing
  • Addressing legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters, restrictive covenants, and more
  • Experience involving historic tax credits or other tax credit structures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide legal counsel on commercial real estate transactions
  • Assist clients with acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects
  • Work on complex projects involving tax credit structures
  • Collaborate with the Real Estate team to deliver top-notch legal services
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
