Print Production Specialist
Pittsburgh, PA (onsite)

Client is seeking a Mail and Production Print Specialist for a contract position starting immediately. This role involves sorting inbound and outbound mail, Client shipping, scanning, and printing tasks. The candidate must be proficient in computer skills, detail-oriented, and able to perform repeat tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
• Manage high volume mail systems, including sorting and distributing mail.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
• Handle shipping and receiving, apply postage, and maintain inventory.
• Perform copier maintenance, including clearing jams and ensuring quality.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate job requests.
• Assist with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning duties.
• Utilize office machines, technical equipment, and perform filing duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good PC and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with assistance available for heavier items.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Valid driver s license and auto insurance may be required.
