What you'll do:

Install OEM integration equipment/Base Band Units (BBUs) at customer locations (Indoor shelter Equipment Racks and Outdoor Equipment Cabinets)

Maintain tracking and accountability for all materials/customer assets being installed in compliance with customer and national quality/safety standards

Work closely with internal Network Support specialists to complete successful integration of OEM BBUs with multiple different site configurations

Complete all call testing requirements

Complete all close documents requirements

Act quickly and utilize/navigate all forms of standard communications (VPN, shared desktop, smartphones, ad-hoc conference calls, telecommuting, etc)

Performs all tasks according to directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

Rotation of work hours (a.m. and p.m.) and weekend work required (schedules may vary but typically 10:00PM to 6:00 AM)

Travel as needed to multiple customer markets

Who we are looking for:

You are at least 18 years old

You are authorized to work in the United States for this company

Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of wireless cell site installations and OEM integrations into customer networks. Fiber cleaning and testing, Installation of low voltage DC power.

You have valid Drivers License

You have experience in reading and interpreting OEM specifications, RF design documents, wiring diagrams.

You are able to demonstrate knowledge/experience using Spreadsheets and data base administrations I.e. Acrobat, MS word and Excel

You are solution oriented and possess a high level of initiative

You are able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies

You are able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc.

You are able to demonstrate ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally

You are able to work as needed (over-time, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)

You are able to maintain a safe work environment

You are able to work in all weather conditions
