ACCOUNTING CLERK

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• The Accounting Clerk will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
• The Accounting Clerk will verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
• The Accounting Clerk will work with order entries.
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
• Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE:

• General Accounting, AP or AR experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary $40,000- $55,000 depending on experience.
This position is fully onsite in Coraopolis, PA.
