Job description

Provides advanced professional input to complex IT Support assignments/projects. Assists users in the more unique situations requiring a broad knowledge of available hardware and software. Provides direct liaison with end users to define and implement automated solutions for unique, one-of-a-kind situations. Utilizing independent judgment and discretion, evaluates and recommends unique hardware configurations; defines special hardware/software requirements, capacities, capabilities, etc. to meet user needs. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring expert level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within IT Customer Support.

Come be a part of our IT Asset Management and Operations team where as a Technical Customer Support Lead Analyst you ll be collaborating and partnering with cross functional teams to maintain and improve our asset lifecycle management process and procedures. You ll help drive data integrity without our IT Asset Management systems, support colleagues with any asset support and research needed, and help identify areas of opportunity and process improvements to help drive a positive colleague experience.
Skills / Qualifications
3+ years Professional experience Required

Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) Required
Experience with ServiceNow Preferred
Experience with Asset Management Policies and Procedures Preferred
Experience with shipping and logistics Preferred

Responsibilities
Focusing on Hardware Asset Management and Operations:

Collaborate with cross functional teams to help support a positive colleague experience

Coordinate with external business partners to manage asset acquisition, disposal of assets, record keeping and maintenance, and financial analysis

Communicating internally with colleagues and cross functional teams to help support asset record inquires

Support asset management data integrity by researching and updating asset record information to maintain accurate data integrity

Supporting Service Request and Incident tickets for missing asset information, or asset exception request

Education

Bachelors College Degree highly preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of degree.
