Title: Project Manager II

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Type: Contract

Our Client is looking for a Project Manager II who will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams and various levels across the organization to drive project deliverables. Key areas of responsibility include planning, organizing data, communicating and working effectively with resources supporting product activities. The Project Manager II will develop and manage to work plans and timelines; create status reporting, facilitate meetings, effectively identify risk, provide trouble-shooting and problem resolution support in support. Will work with leadership to effectively identify, allocate and manage resource needs.

Key Accountabilities:

Plan and manage business projects, and make sure they are completed on time, meet the needs of the client and stay within budget.

Determine what the client or company business initiatives.

Create timelines, and determine costs and resources needed.

Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.

Identify and select supporting staff and lead a project team.

Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.

Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the processes and quality standards of the company.

Report the project progress to senior managers and the client.

Manage risks and manage to avoid delays.

Required Skills:
