Job description
Responsibilities:
Noblis MSD supports the U.S. Navy's mission to enable research, development, test and evaluation, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering and readiness. We are actively seeking a software developer/computer programmer with specialized experience using Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI to create high-level program management visual tools and relational databases for our customer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).
The candidate must have demonstrated and extensive experience creating business integration tools and generating reports in Microsoft Power Apps / Power BI. The candidate will support U.S. Navy programs and interface directly with the Government customer and will be responsible for programmatic support tasks including the development, maintenance and administration of program management tools utilized for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and project status.
Required Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from an accredited university.
Demonstrated experience developing reports for Microsoft Office Applications such as PowerBi, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
Demonstrated ability to Use/Modify/Create relational databases such as Microsoft Dataverse, queries, reports to track project management metrics.
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance. Candidates with an active clearance at the SECRET level or higher will be given additional consideration.
Desired Qualifications:
This position will eventually require the analyst to interface directly with the Government customer with minimal oversight from MSD management. As such, the candidate must display the following character traits:Exceptional attention to detail

The ability to comfortably work both in a team environment and independently as the situation requires.
Experience reviewing, updating and analyzing program financial records, metrics, and schedules
Project management experience, including status gathering and reporting
Document formatting and editing
Experience with Microsoft Excel, as well as PowerPoint, Word
Prior experience with Navy or DoD cybersecurity or associated program management support
A current DoD SECRET security clearance
This is a hyrbid schedule (2-3 days in the office) located in Philadelphia, PA.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range:
USD $61,600.00 - USD $96,250.00 /Yr.
