Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Perform comprehensive inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology evaluations and testing, including interpretation of ECGs, echocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiography, and exercise stress testing.
Maintain timely and complete chart notes, reports, and communication with referring physicians and subspecialists.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and guardians, providing education and support throughout their care journey.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Participate in multidisciplinary clinical management initiatives and facilitate patient referrals.
Actively engage in division and department quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in planning and directing health programs within the pediatric cardiology specialty.
Train and mentor interns and resident physicians.
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 availability of physician care.

Qualifications:
Required:
MD or DO degree.
Board-certified/eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
Unrestricted PA medical license.
PA DEA license.
3+ years of post-fellowship experience in an acute care pediatric setting.
