Job description

ATC Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurses for an Addiction Treatment Center in Beavertown, PA.

We are seeking LPNs with one or more years of experience in substance abuse and addiction. The LPN will be responsible for providing patient care to individuals with substance abuse and addiction.

Job Duties:

  • Assisting Physicians with
    • Developing treatment plans alongside physicians
    • Performing patient assessments
    • Monitoring patient's progress
    • Administering medications and pain management services
  • Maintaining inventory of medical and pharmaceutical supplies
  • Reviewing and organizing medical files
  • Administering TB tests to clients and staff in accordance with PA Department of Health
  • Assessing medical and psychological problems and reporting significant finding to physicians and/or appropriate counselor

Available Shifts:
  • 3p-11p
  • EoW required

REQUIREMENTS OF THE LPN POSITION:
  • Completion of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
  • Current and unencumbered license in the state of practice
  • At least one year of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse/addiction
