Overview:

Virtus Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Improvement Advisor - Clinical Quality Management to join our partner hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a passion for improving healthcare quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supporting the quality, safety, and service initiatives and goals of the organization, department, and service lines.

Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement and Change Management methodologies to manage process design, data collection, analysis, and reporting outcomes.

Collaborate closely with internal and external customers, including hospital administration, department directors and managers, members of the medical staff, other healthcare providers, and outside vendors.

Serve as improvement team facilitators, using skills and tools to drive change and sustain improvement through appropriate data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree)

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in improving quality care in an acute setting.

Preferred Certifications:

Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
