Liberte Chic Lounge - General Manager

Job Overview:

The Liberte Chic Lounge General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and bar, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, financial management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Monitor and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs.

Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Address and resolve staff conflicts or issues.

Financial Oversight:Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Monitor and control expenses, including labor and inventory costs.

Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Customer Service:Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Implement and maintain service standards and practices.

Develop and execute promotional events and marketing strategies.

Inventory and Purchasing:Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.

Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to PA and Philadelphia health and safety regulations.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Manage social media accounts and online presence.
