Cleared Logistics Support Specialist
This entry level and secret cleared analyst will be responsible for developing and distributing weekly and monthly metrics/reports to NSWCPD Code 311 based upon data associated to Navy Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical Technical Referrals (TRs). Frequent interaction and communication with TR team members and access to Government databases (ESRS and Remedy) is required to obtain the data used to populate the reports. They will be responsible for managing and assigning work to LCE team members once tickets are assigned to Navy Engineers or Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within Remedy. Also, the analyst will be responsible for following up with team members for status on overdue or unresolved TR tickets.

Must be a US citizen with a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Must be a US citizen with a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
Associates/College Degree or Technical Experience Equivalent
Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills and Experience:
One to two years of experience in DoD logistics preferred
Navy technical background or DLA/NAVSUP supporting the Navy
Knowledge of the organization and functions of activities involved in providing engineering support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Familiar with Remedy, ESRS, CDMD-OA, ICAPS, Haystack/Logiquest, FLIS, OARS,NDE, ONETOUCH, FEDMALL, NSEDR, TDMIS, PMSMIS
Represent customer in various NSWCPDdivisions, branches, and work spaces to facilitate timely responses to accepted workloads
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
High comfort level working with and around all military/organizational levels, clients, customers, suppliers, and visitors.
Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative to complete the work of the team as a whole.
Must be highly reliable and capable of meeting work schedule consistently.
Ability to handle a high volume of work with accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong decision making ability and attention to detail.
Physical Demands and Expectations:
Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent periods of prolonged sitting may be required
Ability to speak, read, hear and write, with or without assistance
Ability to use phone and computer systems, copier, fax and other office equipment
