Job description

Role Summary:
Anthropologie Living is looking for a Design Coordinator for creative operations who reports to the Design Director of Creative Operations and focuses on support for the Chief Creative Director with administrative duties and tasks as needed for the creation process, development and execution of own brand product design and development.

Role Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the Chief Creative Director's CalendarCoordinate with appropriate team members to create detailed meeting agendas

Manage Creative Director's overlapping schedules and make sure they are aware scheduling changes, conflicts and requests

Work with cross-functional teams to schedule

Ensure that meetings have as detailed as possible agendas and goals.

Submitting and tracking InvoicesTravel, Samples, Print, and Freelance

Approve and oversee design team corporate credit cards

Support DesignCreate color cards and maintain color library

Print documents and make copies as needed

Photograph Samples

Help with general design area organization and keep spaces tidy

Help with sample unpacking, set up, and styling

Role Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in art and/or design is preferred

Solutions oriented problem-solving skills

Professional communication with strong written and verbal skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Basic Knowledge of Adobe Suite

Must be comfortable and flexible working on a variety of tasks each day
