Allergy & Immunology openings in Philadelphia MetroOffices Located in Blue Bell, Collegeville, Doylestown, Jenkintown, King of Prussia, Lansdale, Philadelphia-Center City, PottstownPermanentFull-timeSeeking BC/BENew Grads welcome to apply!Desired Schedule: 3-5 days/weekCoverage area: Service 2-3 offices in Philadelphia MetroOverview:- One of the largest groups with 8 offices- High patient demand- EMR: IMS/Meditrab- Patients Per Day: Typical template is 6-7 initial visits, 12-13 Follow-ups; some flexibility- Call: split between providers in the region; no in-hospital call - phone calls onlyBenefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Multiple compensation models- Signing bonus ($10-20k)- 100% paid family health insurance if working 3.5 days/week- Cell phone reimbursement- 401k match- $2,500/year CME credit- Vacation time: Typically 4 weeks (based on days worked/week), though negotiable if on a % of collections model- No true partnership model, but for those reaching a certain threshold for collections, we have the option to buy private stock in the company- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement- Supportive work environment with access to advanced technology and resourcesKey Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, and immunological disorders.- Perform and interpret allergy tests, including skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests.- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical history.- Prescribe medications, immunotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions to manage allergic conditions.- Educate patients and their families about allergy triggers, avoidance strategies, and self-management techniques.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.- Stay current with advances in allergy and immunology research, treatment modalities, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.
