Job description:

CRB is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing top-tier services in the financial credit industry. Were looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations. If youre a strong communicator with excellent multitasking abilities, this position is a great fit!

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting department needs, and assisting with special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling

Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed

Support department heads with daily administrative tasks

Assist with project management and maintain task lists for team members

Conduct basic research and data entry as requested

Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting preferred
