Volt is immediately hiring for a Branch Manager in Norristown, PA
As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Use logistics and warehouse management experience to streamline branch operations and improve workflow
• Manage inventory levels and oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to build a high-performance team
• Set performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure staff are motivated and engaged
• Create and manage rotating schedules to ensure optimal branch coverage and productivity
• Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff
• Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3 years warehouse management experience
• Minimum of 3 years shipping and receiving experience
• Worked in a fast paced environment previously
• Previous experience with an RF Scanner

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
