Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client's growing team in Murrysville, Pennsylvania. Our client’s firm specializes in business planning, corporate law, and litigation, focusing on construction, real estate, and Orphans' Court matters.

Candidates must have 1+ years of experience working as a Paralegal and the ability to work full-time during regular business hours. This W2 contract-to-hire role is onsite in Murrysville, PA.

Legal Document Management: Creating, organizing, and maintaining files, formatting documents, and preparing exhibits for depositions and hearings.

Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, tracking deadlines, reviewing and tracking billable time, and performing general office duties.

Legal Research: Conducting research on court dockets, land records, and business filings.

Client Communication: Interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Clio is helpful

  • 1+ years of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm and a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor’s degree, or

  • 3+ years of recent experience supporting litigation attorneys in a US law firm

  • Demonstrated Proficiency with trial preparation, e-filing, and discovery documents is required

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to take Legal Assessments if selected to move forward



Pay Details: $20.00 to $33.00 per hour
