Are you a seasoned Plant Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our client's third-generation, certified woman-owned business located in Long Island, NY. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in a company that has been a leader in the industry since 1939.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize waste, aligning with the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 50 employees, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency, process optimization, and environmental sustainability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Long Island, NY.
