A client of Innova Solutions is looking for an HR Specialist

Position type: Full-Time, Contract
Location: Middletown, PA
Duration: 12 months

As an HR Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

• Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc.
• Will provide direct support to the HR Director.
• Minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in any HR-related field based on position.
• To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc.
• Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special projects or peak time of need.

Manager's Notes:-
This position needs to have at least 5 years of HR experience, in HR Operations, not recruiting
Onsite role right now with some possibility to work remote in future

2 contract HR business partner who will work in newly built clean energy center
Experience as HR business partner
At least 5 yr of HR operations Experience
Degree in HR, business, or related field
Onboarding, new hires, emp files, laws, regulations, emp relations
Exp with labor union preferred not req
Exp with Taleo, oracle, workday will be helpful- they can teach
Top 3:

• Exp in HR ops
• MS office
• Can work under deadlines and adaptable

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $26 - 28 per Hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
