We are seeking a Project Manager with a Secret Clearance in Mechanicsburg, PA. As a Project Manager you will: Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals. A week in the life of a Project Manager: Monitor, Report, develop and Distribute Service Level Performance, Negotiate Service Level Agreements, and Manage the IT Service Portfolio and Service Catalog in support of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) Team. Analyze and review performance of IT service delivery against established SLAs and OLAs. Work with Service Owners and IT Leadership to identify opportunities for continual service improvement based on achieved service levels. Work with individual Service Owners to coordinate any temporary changes to Service Levels required (i.e. extra support hours required by the Customer, reduced Levels of Service over a period of maintenance required by the Service Provider etc.) Develop and implement an on-going Service Level review process with IT Customers and Service Providers. Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to all CN/IT policies and processes. Job Requirements Three (3) years enterprise IT experience Three (3) years experience creating & maintaining SLA's/service contracts and service catalogs Secret Clearance Thorough understanding of SLAs, KPIs, workflows, enterprise IT operations and service desk operations. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment Must be able to work individually or as a team member with minimum supervision Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Founded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
