Job description

The OT (Operational Technology) Senior Analyst, Global Information Security (GIS) will have the primary responsibility to support the OT Security Manager in the security of manufacturing environments and the use of operational technology. You will provide incident response in these important areas of the business.

Description

Conduct gap assessments and perform risk analysis for OT environments

• Support roadmaps and develop project plans for the OT security strategy

• Support the OT Security Manager's design of OT security controls for architectures, systems, and networks

• Support the identification and implementation of security technologies to identify threats and defense of OT systems

• Work directly with the OT Security Manager, plant leaders, process engineers and support/system vendors to ensure OT security controls

• Support OT security policies and standard procedures

• Review and prioritize OT security threats for action to respond and protect the OT environments

• Ensure threats are reviewed and appropriately responded to support the safety and security of OT systems

• Assist in the identification, response, investigation, and remediation of IT security events and incidents as needed

• Utilize security best practices in all approaches and methodologies.

• Assist in the evaluation, planning, configuration, and implementation of broader GIS Team initiatives.

Profile

  • Experience: 5 years in OT security and incident response, 3 years with OT security tools like Nozomi, Dragos, ClarOTy, etc.
  • Skills: Familiar with securing OT systems (PCS, SCADA, PLCs, etc.), network security, EDR, and anomaly detection.
  • Protocols: Understands common OT protocols (Ethernet, MODBUS, DNP3, etc.).
  • Implementation: Can help design and implement secure OT architectures.
  • Project Management: Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage projects.
  • Certifications: Committed to ongoing security training and certification.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and presenting to business leaders.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work outside normal hours and travel when needed.
  • Education/Experience: Degree in a related field or 7 years of experience.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to be on feet for long periods in a manufacturing setting.
  • Cybersecurity Frameworks: Knowledge of NIST CSF or ISO 27001.

Job Offer

Base of up to $140,000
