Licensed Practical Nurse

Home Hospice

Day Shift (8am - 5pm),

Full Time

Every 4th weekend

2 Holidays/year

Min. 1 year of LPN experience required. Works in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team under the direction of the RN to provide personal care services and skilled nursing services to address urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers. Must be able to complete a 6 - 8 weeks, FT, Day Shift orientation.
