Job Title: Director, Web Strategy

Position Description Summary:

•Align web and mobile app strategy in a single COE, delivering the benefits of templates, development guidelines, improved resource planning, and standardized SEO•Establish a commercial digital / web strategy, aligned with Commercial objectives, brand strategies, and the Commercial Digital Strategy•Enable execution of the Execute web strategy via engagement and collaboration with the geographically-aligned Digital Enablement Team •Ensure that affiliate OPEX disparities are not limiting factors in broad execution of web strategy•Collaborate and align with peers in CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor

•Responsible for development of a digital shared service that enables scaling of consistent and high-quality customer experiences across web url removed), (url removed), ICVA) in all geographies•Collaborate with I&T to establish operating model, resourcing, and SLAs for all types of digital deliverables•Establish and implement a digital master design system with templates and design principles that introduce efficiencies in digital development•Set search engine optimization standards and incorporate them into the development process•Lead the implementation of the electronic package information leaflet (ePIL) web infrastructure, ensuring local requirements are met, working closely with I&T, CSL Operations and Regulatory•Interface regularly with US and INT Marketing teams, ensuring that web needs are being met •Member of the CSL Web Governance Team, helping to set standards and ensure CSL Behring is taking advantage of all opportunities•Engage across CSL enterprise - CSL Corporate, Plasma, Seqirus, Vifor to set standards and process, to maximize I&T resources•Coordination with Launch Commercial Excellence Enablement to establish digital engagement plans along brand launch process•Establish and track service level KPIs; partner with I&A to develop standardized website metrics and integrated reporting•Responsible for communicating, influencing, and collaborating with US and INT Marketing, Affiliate Marketers, I&T Commercial Applications team, platform partners, digital capability leads, CSL Seqirus and CSL Vifor peers

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Years of experience, education, experiential or key competency requirements. Emphasize key competencies or skills that may be difficult / niche that really elevate this role.

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business field•12 plus years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, specifically in Marketing or digital communications•Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders. •Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements•Experience in the web / app development space, including software development lifecycle•Multiple years' experience working in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams•Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities•Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances•Strong Change and Leadership skills
