Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our HR team. This role will be instrumental in attracting top talent while supporting various HR functions to enhance employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Training and Development:
Support ongoing employee development initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist functions.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
