Job description

Summary:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the SAP ERP system implementation, including managing the Go-live phase, troubleshooting post-Go-live issues, and optimizing system integration. You will Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth ERP rollouts, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance and provide training to staff on the new ERP processes and system functionalities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on the construction or heavy equipment industry.

Proven experience in SAP ERP implementation and Go-live project management.

Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

Source materials and equipment for large-scale construction or heavy equipment projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Certified in one or more of the following:

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) - APICS

Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) - APICS

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) - ISM

Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certifications.

Great Additional Skills:

Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and advanced data analysis tools.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Leadership and management capabilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
