A well-established law firm specializing in insurance defense litigation is seeking to add a paralegal to their team. Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal with direct experience in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong background in handling insurance defense cases. This role requires a deep understanding of Delaware court rules, procedures, and filing requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys to support all aspects of litigation, including case management, document preparation, and trial support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of insurance defense litigation, from inception through trial and appeal.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, in compliance with Delaware court rules.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information, including obtaining medical records, accident reports, and other critical documents.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and easily accessible.
- Coordinate and manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing document productions, and preparing deposition summaries.
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating witness appearances.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, experts, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with court orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on insurance defense litigation.
- Direct experience working on cases in Pennsylvania, with a strong understanding of Delaware court rules and procedures.
- Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
