Job Description:

As a .Net Lead Developer , you will support the migration and implementation strategies for the development team. Collaborating with EBR development teams and business partners, you will perform comprehensive system and data analysis, ensuring data reliability, efficient functionality, and optimal customer experience. This role entails developing and documenting digital artifacts for communication to development teams and guiding developers on best practices, standards, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions to meet IT and business needs for application development.

Direct resources in designing database schemas, integrations, and service endpoints across various databases.

Create detailed project documentation, including design specifications, roadmaps, technical interfaces, and migration plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful application service delivery and data migration.

Establish performance KPIs aligned with business needs and analyze full-stack solutions using .NET C#, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.

Develop web services and applications via server instances and microservices architecture hosted on Azure.

Implement configurations and analytical logging standards for operational reporting on cloud and virtual servers.

Mentor and guide applications developers on industry best practices and the SDLC process.

Participate in daily standups and provide input on capacity planning for technical solutions.

Contribute to recruitment, including developing selection criteria and interviewing candidates for team buildouts.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Drive digital accessibility by incorporating accessibility features, partnering with team members, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Object-oriented development experience.

.NET application development with relational database experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Designing and developing web services (SOAP/XML and REST/JSON).

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend technologies like Angular or React.

Secured web services development with attachments and unit testing within SDLC.

Deploying applications on Azure cloud, working with various authentication protocols.

Architecture, design, and development of web applications, particularly in Azure DevOps environments.

Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508, ADA) and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Experience in creating accessible digital products aligned with accessibility requirements.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
