Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center -

Chestnut Hill Lodge is a 180 bed skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation and long term healthcare services. We are on a mission to enhance the lives of our residents by providing excellent care and service with skill and compassion.

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

Among the responsibilities of a C.N.A. are:

Developing a respectful, trustworthy relationship with residents in order to provide them needed support with ADLs and ensure they are safe and clean at all times.

Maintaining the comfort, privacy and dignity of each resident in the delivery of services to them while ensuring all care is in accordance with federal/state regulations and company policy/procedure.

Use Plan of Care to determine what the resident's needs are as well as how care is to be provided; enter care notes for each resident assigned into kiosk and/or department notes.

Applicants requirements include:

One year of experience working in a long term care facility as a C.N.A. (preferred)

Proven ability to work well within a team as well as independently

Excellent customer service skills along with good interpersonal and communication skills

Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant
