Job Purpose:



The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by acquiring new customers, maintaining current customers, creating long-term, profitable sales growth, and overseeing competitive bids.


This is a hybrid-position: remote, office (Franklin, PA), and travel.


Wage includes base salary plus commission. Base $40-42k and total comp of $60k-$80k+



Duties and Responsibilities:






  • Drive sales

  • Build customer relationships and customer outreach

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Sales Call Reports

  • Lead On Time Shipping committee meetings

  • Assemble weekly sales team minutes

  • Contract renewals

  • Answer customer concerns

  • Establish and maintain continuous improvement (2 Second Lean), problem solving (KATA technique), and Root Cause analysis

  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 departmental standards





Qualifications:






  • Bachelors degree or equivalent



  • 5 years experience in sales and customer service

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

  • Professionalism, patience, and a people first attitude

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Works well independently and in a team environment

  • Self-motivated, fast learner, exceptional problem-solving abilities

  • Efficient multi-tasker in fast-paced, changing environment

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Zoom, Skype, and MS Teams skills

  • Experience with CRM and SAGE a plus

Physical Requirements:






  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time

  • Ability to occasionally stand or walk

  • Ability to lift items (occasionally more than 10 lbs.)

  • Various repetitive motions typing
