Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Sign-on Bonus 2nd and 3rd shift -$7,000 Full-Time, $3,500 Part-Time (paid bi-weekly during the first year of employment)
Sign-on Bonus 1st shift - $7,000 Full-Time, $3,500 Part-Time (paid bi-weekly during the first year of employment)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the RN Supervisor, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents. Nursing care is provided through the implementation and evaluation of the plan of care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) adheres to the standards of care for the area, manages the environment to maintain resident safety, and supervises the resident care activity performance by nursing assistants and helpers. Follow all Twinbrook Healthcare & Rehabilitation policies and procedures. Performs duties as defined by the State Nurse Practice Act, communicates to RN Supervisor for duties outside scope of practice for guidance.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

A compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will care for our residents
An individual who thrives in a team environment and understands the importance of teamwork
A professional who approaches others in a respectful manner and reacts well under pressure
Valid Pennsylvania PN License (LPN)

All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and PA Criminal Background in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
