Are you looking for a new job opportunity?

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our high net worth investment advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service through timely and accurate administrative support across client accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client relationships

- Field client phone calls and emails, providing prompt responses to inquiries

- Process account paperwork including new account openings, transfers, distributions, etc.

- Update client data and relationship management systems

- Prepare investment review materials and performance reports for advisors

- Complete trade entry and account maintenance tasks

- Support client events and meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 2 years in financial services or client service role

- Proficiency with CRM systems and financial planning software

- Strong verbal, written and technical communication abilities

- Highly organized and attentive with ability to manage multiple tasks

- Series 7, 66
