Effective August 1, 2024, Presbyterian SeniorCare Network began providing management services to seven UPMC Senior Communities. These services include recruiting and hiring for Beatty Pointe Village, Cumberland Crossing Manor, Cumberland Woods Village, Hampton Fields Village, Sherwood Oaks, Strabane Trails Village, and Strabane Woods.

What we are looking for:

We need LPNs who will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents. Our LPNs are required to:

Hold a current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
Be able to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
Provide leadership and direction to CNAs
