Job description

Multi-Systemic Therapist
MST - Potter County
Coudersport, PA, USA
2 per year Rate increases with education, experience and licensure.

$15,000 COMMITMENT BONUS

Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST): MST is an evidence-base, intensive family and community-based treatment program that empowers youth (ages 12-17) and their families to function responsibly over the long term and views the client as a network of systems including family, peers, school, formal, and neighborhood.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in a human service-related field with 3 years of experience working with children in a social service agency.
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology and eligible for licensure in area of clinical training preferred.
Licensed professional preferred.
Prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.

Travel Requirements: This position requires an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements 25-50% of the time. Most travel is within the staff's assigned county.

About Us

The phrase Beacon Light actually refers to two distinct companies:
Beacon Light Behavioral Health System (BLBHS) and Beacon Light Adult Residential Services (BLARS).

Together they provide mental health services to adults, children and families in both community-based and residential settings. Individually, BLARS primarily provides residential programs for adults, while BLBHS provides community-based and residential programs for children, as well as community-based programs for adults.
