Job description

In this role, you will walk side by side with prospects and their families, build rapport and inspire trust as prospects decide to make Menno Haven their home. Each day will be unique, requiring the ability to prioritize, multi-task, think creatively, exercise good judgement, take initiative and employ a diverse set of skills.

Using a consultative sales approach, your primary responsibility is to cultivate, nurture, document, qualify and close prospects to meet and/or exceed budgeted revenue and occupancy goals, both individually and collectively, as a part of an integrated sales and marketing team. Your ability to recommend solutions, overcome concerns and earn commitment by guiding prospects and their families through a life changing decision will be crucial in this role.

A minimum associate's degree and/or 3+ years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Counseling or related field desired. Candidates with previous long-cycle sales experience and proven, consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is preferred.

Shift:

• Full-time, exempt
• Monday - Friday, 8:30a-5p
• Occasional weekend and evening hours
