INFORMATION ASSURANCE (IA) ENGINEER Location: Southcentral PA; Fairfield, PA Clearance: This position requires an Active TS/SCI Clearance Employment Class: Full Time Regular FLSA Classification: Exempt - Salaried Position Summary: Command Cyber Solutions (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified INFORMATION ASSURANCE (IA) ENGINEER who will assist the government with IA guidance and procedures to RRMC IT. They will monitor, track, and submit accreditation packets for RRMC IT information systems. They will facilitate the Certificate of Networthiness (CoN) process and provides guidance and review of CoN Requests. The IA Engineer will assist the government with establishing, publishing, and executing information assurance policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Review network audit log files • Run and evaluate ACAS scans • Report IAVA status on the NETOPS Reporting Tool. • Provide interface with the CTNOSC for reporting various issues. • Provide Security Risk Assessment support. • Manage the Risk Management Framework Program. • Manage the Information Assurance Vulnerability Management program. • Perform IA oversight and inspections. • Provide representation at the RRMC Change/Configuration board meetings. • Manage hardware and software changes. • Determine abnormalities, attacks, damages, and unauthorized modifications in the network. • Support, participate in, and implement on-boarding of new customers to the Joint Consolidated Server Room (JCSR). • Provide on-going training and technical direction to users and other team members pertaining to IA. Education, Certification & Experience Requirements • Five (5) years' experience working in the Cyber Security/ Information Security field • A Bachelor's degree in an IT, Computer Science or Cyber Security related field; or four (4) years of equivalent experience REQUIRED CERTIFICATION: • Comp TIA Security+ Required Preferred Certifications: • eMASS certified • CISSP, CISM or equivalent certification Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Data Center Security • Security Policies and Procedures • Security Frameworks and Standards • Security Monitoring and Incident Response • Risk Management • Compliance Auditing • Cybersecurity Training and Awareness • Vendor Security Assessment • Security Incident Investigation Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands • Basic office work environment at government facility location • Hours of operation are M-F between . • Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days • Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer • This is an onsite position Command Cyber Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
