TITLE: Senior Advanced Engineering Technician with ACTIVE Secret (US Citizenship REQUIRED) CLEARANCE: ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance REQUIRED LOCATION: Canonsburg PA 15317 (must be within commuting distance) RATE RANGE: $30/hr - $36/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract) No C2C, we can NOT work with outside agencies/vendors, and we can NOT do 1099-US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Advanced Engineering Technician will act as a leader and mentor to new technicians in the support of engineering activities such as designing, testing, checking-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, laser/light transmission devices or specialized test equipment. This may entail performing the following: Interprets complex engineering drawings, diagrams and schematics, and understand the necessary interfaces
Performs complex system level troubleshooting to component level
Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and troubleshooting functions
Lays out, builds, calibrates, adjusts, installs and maintains equipment, components, devices or systems
