Job description

Operations Manager for a Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning environment.

Opening in the Bethlehem area.

Role Priorities:

Management of day to day account operations

Optimization of labor

Customer retention

Implementation of company policies and SOP

Responsibilities:

Follows company operation standards for training, cost control, quality, safety, and on-time service.

Follows company policies in the area of capacity planning, scheduling, customer satisfaction, employee relations, and performance relations.

Builds a team of key employees capable of carrying out operational growth strategies and improving employee relations.

Adheres to operational budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.

Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Wage: We are a pay-for-performance organization. Starting wages are competitive and we have a full benefit offering depending on your status.

Salary is $55k-$65 depending on experience.

Requirements

Current/Valid Drivers License

Personal Vehicle

One-year minimum supervisory/management experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Consent to a Drug test and Background Check
