Job Number 675879BR Description: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control is in search of a Contracts Management Associate to join our team at our Archbald, PA facility. What You Will Be Doing -The Contracts Management Associate will support two Lines of Business, the Precision Guided Systems (PGS) programs and the Navy Nuclear Propulsion program.
The selected candidate must have the ability to support the development, planning, and scheduling of proposals, contract actions, negotiations, and modifications including tracking and coordinating regularly with US Government, Prime Contractors and International customers. Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with both internal and external Customers, showing flexibility and creativity to ensure contract actions are anticipated and timely in execution. Candidate must be comfortable learning and working with all contract types, ensuring that the final documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations. The selected candidate will handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while achieving or exceeding program goals / deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality, ethics, and integrity. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. For a level 2, we typically require 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Lockheed Martin Archbald is a full-service Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility that provides design, manufacturing, engineering, & field service support for both domestic and international customers. In addition to being the home for the Precision Guided Systems and Navy Electronic Systems product lines, more than 500 employees manufacture assemblies for many other Lockheed Martin products. For over 70 years we have successfully produced safety-critical systems for nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, & commercial nuclear power plants while also producing air-to-ground weapon and training systems for the US Military and international allied customers. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration and Relations, or related fields.
Ability to obtain security clearance at the Secret Level.
Desired Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Must have strong analytical abilities, and be a self-starter.
Must be able to administer multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail oriented and able to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.
Familiarity with administering and negotiating contracts.
Familiarity with in all aspects of the contract life cycle including contract administration, contract negotiations, proposal preparation and close-out.
Prior experience working in a virtual environment with remote team members.
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin systems, policies and procedures.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
