We are seeking a CRM Business Application Manager to oversee all aspects of the software development life cycle, including project prioritization, requirement engineering, development oversight, testing, release, and support. This role is full-time and on-site.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with users to set project priorities, define scope, and develop detailed business and functional requirements
Conduct User Acceptance Testing and end-user training
Prepare procedural and training documents to support user needs.
Provide administration and configuration of CRM systems
Maintain, troubleshoot, and configure integrations with external systems
Manage end-to-end projects of various sizes
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators
Work with other departments and vendor support to resolve system issues
Identify and develop business practices to maximize efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Establish rapport with other departments to promote a team atmosphere in all operations
What You'll Need
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years managing a CRM environment at an enterprise level, or 3 years with 60+ earned credits in a relevant field
Knowledge of best practice implementation for securing application users
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and database design principles
Experience with Salesforce data models, automation tools, form creation, and integrations
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage simultaneous requests
A commitment to continuous professional growth
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, CIS, or a similar field
Strong understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and other integration technologies
Knowledge of Student Information Systems such as Ellucian Banner software
Experience in a higher education environment
2+ years of experience with Salesforce/TargetX as a Manager, Administrator, Trainer, or similar
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
