The Junior HCMS Analyst will assist the HCMS team with identifying and resolving data integrity issues while also providing daily end user support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily end user support of Workday
  • Analyzes and evaluates reoccurring data integrity issues. Works with HCMS Analyst and Business COE's to develop process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensures data integrity related to all Human Resources information management process and transactions.
  • Review audit reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure system functionality
  • Proactively provide guidance and training to end users on business process, system and tools
  • Will serve as a resource on projects to provide assistance with UAT testing

Physical/Sensory Demands:

Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; standing for up to 7 hours per day, 4 hours at a time; walking for up to 2 hours a day, 1 hour at a time. Requires crouching, kneeling, and lifting of objects weighing up to 60 pounds, pushing objects weighing up to 80 pounds. Requires hand and finger dexterity to perform repairs of small equipment and to use computer equipment. Seeing as it relates to general, near, color, and peripheral vision. Hearing as it relates to normal and telephone conversations.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources Administration or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Skills & Experience:

  • 1 - 2 years of General Computer experience is required
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday
  • MS Office
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
